Yes, Cash on Delivery payment option is available for every product you buy on AKD Mart.
For your ‘Cash on Delivery order, you will receive the refund in the form of NEFT. Please update your bank account details after you choose this option.
The delivery address for your order can be changed depending on its status.Â
You can create a AKD Mart account using a Email address that is not registered on the platform. To create a new account, please follow the below steps:
1. Enter the Email Id
2. Enter First name and Last Name
3. Set a Password.
Account will be successfully created once these details are shared.
On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.
